The Quarry is located on Tabaklar Village-Akcadag District in Emirdag. Is is 50 km away from the main factory, It lies 3 km South of Gomu Town which is located on Afyon-Ankara Highway. The altitude of the district is about 1000m and so it is possible to transport the products in all seasons. The travertine of this quarry is nearly equivalent in quality to the marbles of Afyon. It is white and has little porses on it. Its porses are naturally filled with cyristallized calcite mineral. It has the characteristic of being polished as good as the marbles of afyon. 90 %of its production is processed and exported by Demmer.
